Leader Potential Group continued its successful growth journey also in 2017. The result exceeded previous year growth figures. Especially Executive Coaching and Assessment were strong growth areas. In addition to these areas workshops with themes such as "Leading without Authority" and "Coaching Leadership skills" as well as "Executive Derailment and how to prevent it "were in high demand among our clients.

CEOx1 Day

Leader Potential Group is a key partner in the program CEO x 1 Day run by the Executive Search Company Odgers Berndtson. The CEO x 1 Day gives university students from third year up an opportunity to spend a day in the shoes of a senior executive. Through a rigorous selection process the students with outstanding leadership potential are selected and matched with a CEO from a leading Finnish organization. LEADER POTENTIAL GROUP MADE GREAT RESULTS 2015

Year 2015 turned out to be a strong year of growth for Leader Potential Group. Turnover grew with more than 60% thanks to loyal customers and also thanks to new clients. The biggest growth area was leadership development and coaching. Another growth area was management audits and leadership potential assessments of leadership teams. The demand for further investments into these areas seems to continue into 2016 based on Q1 results. A big thank you to all customers which whom we have had the pleasure to share great learning opportunities!
