Ann Wallén is a Certified Executive Coach, Strategic HRD Professional, Management Consultant and Facilitator with an extensive experience of managing strategy execution and leadership development during more than 20 years, in various corporate leadership as well as management consultancy roles in global firms.
Ann´s career history covers 11 years of holding leading senior HR executive positions with management responsibility for international HRD teams and reporting to Executive Leadership Team at Tieto Corporation, a Nordic market leader with a global reach in IT services industry. As Vice President HRD Ann established a business driven HRD function within Tieto and earned the trust of both senior management as well as HR colleagues around the world.
Ann has shown a solid business understanding and strategic thinking and knows how to translate business challenges to HR solutions and strategic competencies. She has contributed in many Executive Teams and also had P/ L responsibility in management consultancy practice leader roles. She has worked for three American global firms: Alexander Proudfoot, A.T. Kearney and Right Management. In these roles she has mainly been responsible for strategic Talent Management, Change management and strategy based Leadership Development. She started her career in a Scandinavian Management consultancy firm called Indevo.
Ann is accredited and experienced with many psychometric tools such as; the HOGAN Assessment and leadership development suite, in SHL assessment tools; OPQ, MQ and ability test. She is also certified in TMP Team Management Profile Assessment, in Workplace Big 5 by Center of Applied Cognitive Studies, as well as in MBTI Myers Briggs step I and II as well as several 360 Leadership Inventories. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner and holds a certificate of Mindfulness Coaching.

Ann is also an associate Executive Coach at the Center of Creative Leadership and HemsleyFraser. She is fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.
Sonja Weckström-Nousiainen is an Certified Executive Coach, Leadership Development Professional, Consultant and Faciltator with profound global experience from more than 20 years of consultancy & business & corporate roles in global companies.
Sonja has also worked both in expert roles as well as and Leader/Executive within Human Resources Management in many corporations. In her corporate and business leadership position in Nokia Corporation she has had global responsibility of the whole Human Resources Development function worldwide and had over 50 people in her organization on three different continents in the Mobile Phones organization with 30 000 employees. Another business HR role that she had she was Director for Executive Development, Talent Management, Executive Resourcing and Executive Induction worldwide for top 1000 leaders in Nokia Corporation.
Sonja has also worked very closely with senior executive management teams in small and big global companies and been part of many Leadership Teams as a key member during her career. The scope of her work has been international throughout her career.
